1.  Initial Meeting: – Let’s get to know each other at our home office where you bring your ideas and our professional experience to the table.

2. Discussion of budget: – submission of plans + signed contract with initial deposit to enable adequate certifications, applications and approvals with designated council.

3. Build: – Commencement of constructions (approx. 16-20 weeks) along with stages and progress payments and onsite meeting requested by the builder + customer.

4. Completion & Handover: – With construction completed, it’s time to receive the keys to your new home, along with a final walkthrough while you also receive warranties and instruction manuals.
